Your account, your choice

Delete your account.

Request deletion of your Partridge account and associated data, even if you no longer have the app.

Delete from inside Partridge

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and complete the verification shown. Password, fresh social sign-in or an enabled passkey may be used to verify ownership. Apple-linked accounts also need Apple verification and revocation.

A subscription is managed separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google Play billing. You can request account deletion regardless of subscription status. Use subscription management help to stop future renewals.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@partridgeapp.com with the subject “Partridge account and data deletion request”. Include the account email and sign-in method. We will verify ownership before deleting an account or associated data.

The helper below prepares that email. You can also copy the request into your own email service. You do not need to sign in to this website.

Do not enter passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. This prepares an email on your device; it does not send or submit the request.

What happens to the data?

  • Your verified request covers the Partridge account and associated account data. Support will identify any provider-side records that must also be handled.
  • Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, transaction disputes, security or fraud prevention. Retention is limited to those purposes; see our privacy policy.
  • Successful in-app deletion clears Partridge data and reminders on that device. Other devices can retain their own local records.
  • An email request cannot remotely erase notes, goals or giving records stored only on your devices. Clear those through each device’s app or storage settings.
  • Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their policies. Account deletion does not itself cancel renewal.

Cannot access your email?

You can still contact support and explain the problem. We will work through an appropriate ownership-verification process. Never send a password or one-time verification code by email.
