Using Partridge
Partridge is an independent faith and study companion. Use it lawfully, respect others’ rights and keep your account credentials secure. You remain responsible for the information you enter and the content you choose to share.
Partridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or FamilySearch. Third-party names, content and services belong to their respective owners.
Partridge Plus subscriptions
The planned Australian launch plans are A$10 per month, billed monthly, and A$50 per year, billed annually. Both include the same Plus features: Map, Plan tools including giving and family history, and premium themes. The annual saving of A$70 compares A$50 with twelve A$10 monthly payments.
Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store or Google Play inside the app. The store checkout displays the actual local price, period and applicable purchase terms before confirmation. Subscription availability and prices can differ by country. This website does not take subscription payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the originating store under its displayed terms. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; the store determines the paid access end date. Refund requests and billing disputes follow the store process, without limiting applicable consumer rights. Future price changes will be communicated as required by the store and law.
Manage a subscription through the app’s account settings, Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Restore purchases is available in the app. Deleting your account or uninstalling Partridge does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Accounts and your records
Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep a working recovery method. Notes, goals and giving records are stored locally in the current app. Account sign-in does not provide cloud sync or backup for those records. Keep separate copies of important information.
Giving, maps and family history
The giving calculator and records are personal tools. Recording an amount does not transfer money, make a donation, produce an official receipt or confirm a payment. Verify calculations and make donations through the intended organisation’s official service.
Map listings and coordinates may be incomplete or change. Confirm access, opening hours and current information with the venue or official directory. FamilySearch links open a separate service; a Plus subscription does not purchase FamilySearch services or provide direct family-tree account access.
Content, availability and changes
Scripture resources, quotes, translations and study material should be checked against their cited sources where accuracy matters. Automated translations can contain errors. External services have their own terms and availability.
Partridge may be updated to fix problems or change features. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens security or others’ rights. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. These terms do not replace the store’s purchase terms.
